- Corrections. Caught a wrong spec, a bad link, or a claim that doesn't hold up? Tell us — corrections are published within 48 hours of verification, with a dated note. See our editorial policy.
- Products to audit. Know a desk accessory we should test — or one that's failing in the real world? Send it our way. Reader suggestions feed our shortlists.
- Testing questions. Want to know how we measured something, or why a product scored the way it did? Ask. Our methodology is public, and so are our answers.
What we don't do: accept free review units, sponsored placements, or pre-publication review by manufacturers. Don't send products; we buy our own.
